AmityAge LLC is a company registered in Prospera ZEDE, Roatan, Republic of Honduras (Company ID: 83702243017235), represented by Dušan Matuška, Managing Director.
AmityAge provides Bitcoin-focused services including colocation and hosting of mining equipment, sale of mining hardware, Bitcoin-backed financial products, and Bitcoin education. We are the Data Controller for all personal data collected through our website and services.

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

4.International Data Transfers
AmityAge is headquartered in Honduras and operates data centre infrastructure in Ethiopia. Our infrastructure partners manage physical mining equipment only. Data shared with them is limited to device identifiers (MAC addresses, serial numbers) and operational metrics — none of which constitutes personal data under GDPR as it is not attributable to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal data of EU/EEA clients (name, email, contract details) is stored and processed on AmityAge's internal systems only and is not transferred to infrastructure partners.
No international transfer of personal data takes place in the context of our mining operations. Should this change, we will update this policy and implement appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5.How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data only as long as necessary:
