Our mining farms are guarded 24/7 by armed security personnel and connected to a central alarm monitoring system. In case of emergency, response teams and police arrive within 15 minutes. Your machines are safe with us.

While we don’t organize official tours, we’re happy to provide photos and videos of our facilities. If you’d like to visit in person, we can arrange a private tour with one of our local infrastructure team members.

No, we don’t insure the machines — similar to a car in a garage: we’re the garage, not the owner. We’re responsible only for negligence on our side. Machine insurance is generally not cost-effective, and none of our current clients have their machines insured. That said, if you wish to arrange insurance independently, we’re happy to assist by providing documentation to the insurer of your choice.

Occasional outages do happen. If a machine is offline for more than 24 hours or if we schedule downtime, we notify the client. During downtime, clients don’t pay, since they are only billed for consumed kWh.

This depends on the mining pool, but typically payouts are sent daily.

Over 80% of our clients use OurPool, which we recommend based on performance. In addition to favorable terms, OurPool also supports Bitcoin education initiatives. Of course, clients are free to choose any mining pool they prefer.

We configure your wallet address on your machine during initial setup. You only need to provide your BTC address.

Economically around 5+ years, technically 5–10 years. After the standard 1-year warranty, some minor replacements might be needed - like fans ($20), power supplies ($100), cables ($20), or hashboards ($100–250).

Yes, at any time. While resale isn’t guaranteed, we can help offer your machines to other clients. If sold, the new owner can continue hosting with us. In such cases, we simply update the payout BTC address to the new owner’s wallet.

Profitability depends on machine efficiency, energy costs, BTC price, and mining difficulty. Newer, high-performance machines can pay off in about 2 years and run profitably for up to 10. Older machines may return investment in just 6–12 months but carry more risk if BTC drops.

We offer some of the lowest hardware and hosting prices on the market with no hidden fees or profit sharing. We ensure high data center uptime, fast setup (within 24h after payment), and strong warranty and post-warranty service.

It’s equal to two months of hosting costs, paid once when signing the contract. It secures energy allocation from the local power provider. If you ever decide to remove your machines, the full deposit is returned. Think of it like a rental deposit — fully refundable if everything is in order.
